Timothy Smith is a trained actor, writer, and illustrator who studied Film and Digital Art at Sydney College of the Arts (University of Sydney) before completing a Master of Secondary Teaching in Visual Arts.

He has performed in several productions with Upstage Productions, including Arsenic & Old Lace (2022), The Importance of Being Earnest (2023), and An Ideal Husband (2024). His primary acting interests lie in comedic and character-driven roles.

Timothy is also the writer of Bunyip Barons, the first original play produced by Upstage Productions, which he developed over several years as a creative exploration of Australian storytelling.

In addition to his stage work, Timothy is a trained voice actor and has appeared in a number of commercials. He has also contributed to animation projects, including voicing the character “Claude” in the animated web series Project Karen. Alongside acting, he enjoys writing and illustration, often developing creative projects that draw on storytelling, visual art, and performance.
